In case you can&#8217;t figure it out from the <a href="http://gigaom.com/2007/05/24/facebook-aims-to-be-social-os-waiting-for-f8-the-big-launch/">breathless tone</a> of the <a href="http://www.nytimes.com/2007/05/25/technology/25social.html?ex=1337745600&amp;en=f2f174b3138314fe&amp;ei=5088&amp;partner=rssnyt&amp;emc=rss">coverage</a>, this is <a href="http://www.techcrunch.com/2007/05/24/facebook-launches-facebook-platform-they-are-the-anti-myspace/">big news</a>; I commend the folks at Facebook for all of their hard work.
