According to her profile on LinkedIn: "Justine Lam is currently the eCampaign Director and Office Manager for the Ron Paul 2008 Presidential Campaign. As the eCampaign Director, she is managing the change from the Exploratory Committee website to the Campaign website which will feature more usability, findability and functionality. She is also managing the campaign's strategy in utilizing social networking platforms to inform potential voters about the candidate, to allow supporters to self-organize (since knowledge is disperse and local), and to raise funds for the campaign.

As the Office Manager, she is managing a fast-growing and internet-based campaign by supporting all staff administratively through her skills in streamlining business processes using the newest in web 2.0 tools.

Previously, Justine demonstrated her strong management, organizational and budgeting skills in a change-filled environment, when she expanded a highly-competitive DC internship program by 20 percent and saved the organization $15K in costs.

Her goals are to work for a company with a team-oriented environment, a clear mission, and opportunities for growth. The ideal position would involve a combination of business process management, logistical management, one-on-one interpersonal communications with clients/partners, and IT (with a focus on the "I") and webdesign skills. Perhaps, she's be a CIO one day...

While she is working full-time for the campaign, she is also exploring opportunities in information architecture, recruitment, program management, marketing, and web design. The industries or areas that she is most interested in being involved in are web applications (web 2.0 and beyond), transportation/logistics, private sector development, public policy think tanks, and information science."
