As I suspected, the "Hillary raised $10 million online overnight" report that the Washington Post ran with earlier today was too good to be true. I don't know if the mistake is the reporter's or if someone at Camp Hillary was spinning a bit too fast, but there's no way they raised that much since her win in Pennsylvania yesterday.

Whether voters were convinced by it or not, most would agree that Barack Obama's speech on race was a big moment in the 2008 race. We show it here, along with a few video responses. Also, Ron Paul's avatar rears its underwater head, FOX spreads some "news" about Obama, and Schoolhouse Rocks talks legislation.

Robert Greenwald identifies anti-Obama Fox News "virus"; TheMiddleClass.org releases grades for Congress; LinkTV gives world citizens the chance to weigh in on the US election; a Digg clone for progressives; Ron Paul's avatar raises the tide; Bill Clinton is quizzed by college journalists; Obama and Clinton slow on Facebook and McCain rises; and a video of Obama renouncing Jeremiah Wright gains traction.

The campaigns produced some doozies for us this week! From John McCain’s continuing slide into artful weirdness to the Clinton/Obama “red telephone” ads, we’re wondering if humor and humanity are getting lost in the mix. Thankfully, Jack Nicholson’s there to bail us out. Meanwhile, Ron Paul may be telling supporters he’s out, though we couldn’t follow his speech enough to know exactly what he was communicating.

What a night! Clinton is victorious in Ohio, Texas, and Rhode Island; our charts show an Obama rise despite the real-world polls; John McCain is now the nominee, and Mike Huckabee is out; McCain's splash page mimics a recent Oscar winner; Obama's site served undecideds better than Clinton's; a petition asking Hillary to step aside might have to be scrapped; Twitter saved the night, again; Eric Boehlert is impressed with a netroots letter-sending campaign; Jay-Z robocalls for Obama; and a major flap about Obama's skin tone is just ugly.

Mike Huckabee continues to hang in there, and YouTube nation is behind him. A video from a family of Huck supporters is possibly the most wholesome thing we’ve ever seen on YouTube. Also, new videos for Barack Obama continue to break musical boundaries (sort of), a robot voices its anger at Ralph Nader, and the metal/rap/punk crowd still adores Ron Paul. Boo-yah!
